Basic Level (Foundational Listening)

1. Sound Identification
• Identify sounds (bell, clap, animal sounds, vehicle sounds)
• Ask: “What sound is this?”

2. Name Recognition
• Call the child’s name softly-loudly
• Child responds by looking, raising hand, or saying “yes”

3. Yes -No Questions
• “Is this a ball?”
